PLEASE READ ALL OF THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY

FRIDAY VIP RECEPTION

Attached you will find directions to Beef ‘O’ Brady’s of Melbourne in Florida (Babcock). One hundred percent of your registration fee is tax deductible, as you are receiving no goods or services paid for by Beef ‘O’ Brady’s of Melbourne. This will be one of the biggest shows of the summer.

FINAL PAYMENT

While most registrants have paid their $30.00 registrations on line, you may also send a money order for registration made out to Beef 'O' Brady's Midtown Melbourne, Fl. 32904. You can also register in store @ Beef’ O’ Brady’s Midtown between 8:00 am and 10pm Monday through Friday.

SATURDAY ARRIVAL

Check-in and setup begins at 8:00 am and will run no later then 11:00 am, unless otherwise instructed, with the show officially beginning at 1:00 pm. However, this is an open event, free to the public, where fans can see your vehicles as soon as they are set. Please follow our time line and directions for your arrival, as we must place vehicles in some order. Please pay special attention to how and where you will be directed to drive. As with all shows, there are unforeseen occurrences that require us to be flexible, so please remember that our show stewards will have you place your vehicle once you arrive. If you arrive to a point, other than where you are directed, our stewards will redirect you to the proper entry point.

Should you arrive before your schedule time, you will be asked to park in a holding area nearest your entrance until be are prepared to place you.

Please contact us if you should have any special placement needs for trailers.

Sections will be broken down to allow for certain makes of vehicles to be grouped together. We are dealing with defined parking spaces and there must be some flexibility here as well. Some have asked to be positioned at certain points of venue. As the demand for the show has increased, our ability to appeal to these requests will decrease and we hope you will understand. This year’s field is utterly fantastic and we think you will be pleased with your neighbors.

SATURDAY CHECK-IN

Your window decal for the show will be given to you once you have placed your car and checked in at the main registration tent. If you have not yet made your registration you can also do so at the registration tent before 10:00 am.

EVENT ACTIVITIES

Stewards will be stationed in all areas so feel free to leave your car unattended at points during the show. You will be able to order food during this event through Beef ‘O’ Brady’s of Melbourne. This show will also feature custom low rider bikes, custom ATVs and custom model cars. There will be a $20 entry for Custom ATVs $15 custom low rider bikes, and 10$ to enter 10 model cars and $1 per car there after. There will also be a low rider hop contest. And a grand prize for the highest High Rider.

JUDGING

Awards will be given for Best Custom Paint, Best Body, Best Modifications, and Best Interior. Judging will begin at 10:00 am and before the close of the show at 3:30 pm. The Awards show will take place inside Beef O Brady’s so please stay and continue to enjoy your self’s.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

This show will be held in rain or shine and will only be canceled due to severe weather warnings. If we experience poor weather, we encourage our guests to dress in layers and bring rain gear in addition to drying cloths for your vehicles.
