lowrider my lowrider & a sqeak in my handlebars ?

hey you guys . im new to the game and forums . and this is my first bike . ive been looking around . checking out new bikes on the internet and ive seen some lower then the other . and im just wondering how can i get my lowrider even lower ? or is it even possible ? ive got a 20" black/chrome heres my bike from start to present

ALSO theres a sqeaking noise when i ride the bike coming from my handle bars or spring . im not shure . but heres a video of it . any tips on getting rid of the sound ?

Without modification to frame and/or forks, then this is about all you can do to make it lower.
 The red line represents the ground. The green line under the front 'lucky seven' sprocket is the height or clearance.
 Remove the spring from the crown set and get a shorter bolt fastener, then secure the crown and bushing directly to the L bracket. This will make steering limited but will get your bicycle lower. See the green line that is now shorter.
The squeaky noise is difficult to detect in your video, but I think it is the spring front fork set that is metal against metal. This is normal unless you pack all friction points with grease.

you can purchase a longer down crown which will enable to bike to become alot lower, the only cost about $30 australian
