Can anyone help me with a project? I'm looking to get a skirt for my bike but i can't find a shop to buy one and i don't know how to go about making it myself.

There is a good feature article in LRB issue Winter 2005, FAT MARK's bicycles with lots of different style skirts for front and rear.
