If you are located in California. There is this dude that sells parts really cheap; plus if you buy a bunch of *** together he'll drop a few bucks here and there.

Thats one bike that comes on my top 5 list, all this bike will need now is better brakes like the EBC brake pads I found at http://www.buybrakes.com/ebc/

Swap meets are your best bet for the money. There are quite a few online stores as well. I ordered a bunch of stuff from bicycledesigner just recently because of their selection.

Go to youre local Good will or Salvation Army and look around.I found 3 of my bikes there for a very low price.
