New to the site did a little searching but could not find anything on how to post pics. Can anybody give me some info?

You need to open a photo hosting account like Photo Bucket. There are a few other free hosting but this is one that I use.
Then copy and paste the image code from the hosting site or click and use the  icon button above the message dialog box.
