I've got a 20" twisted frame not the whole twistys and it is completely ridable I even do bunny hops not to high to damage the bike of course.

Depends on what size wheels you want to use. Do you want to put 20" spring forks onto a 26" bike? 26" spring forks are made for 26" bikes.

I have a 26" stiff fork rite now but I saw a 26" bent fork. If I put 24" wheels on, will I still be able to ride it?

24" wheel up front will ride. It will also work in the rear if you have coaster brakes. If you have hand brakes then you'll have to relocate the caliper and shoe system lower to match the new rims.

Thank you for your help. This is my first bike & I want it to turn out perfect. Do you know anything about streetlowrider.com? They have good prices & some cool stuff but I dont want to get burned like I did from aztlan.
